Age Discrimination? Only if you let it happen!

Yes, there is age discrimination.

You can be defeated by it or you can over come it. One way is to start your own business.  Another is to find a small young growing business that will appreciate the years of experience, wisdom and problem solving skills you possess.

You will be rewarded by finding a great place to work and they will be rewarded with a problem solver that will provide time-tested solutions helping them grow.
